Refund Policy
Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to purchases made through the PlastiLess iOS application. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policies.
Apple App Store Refunds
Since all purchases are made through the Apple App Store, Apple controls the refund process. We do not have direct access to process refunds for App Store purchases.
How to Request a Refund from Apple
- Through the App Store:
- Open the App Store app on your iOS device
- Tap your profile icon at the top right
- Tap "Purchase History"
- Find the purchase and tap "Report a Problem"
- Through Apple's Website:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find the purchase and select "Request a refund"
- Choose your reason and submit the request
- Contact Apple Support:
- Visit Apple Support
- Choose "Billing & Subscriptions"
- Follow the prompts to contact Apple directly
Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility is determined by Apple according to their terms and conditions. Generally, you may be eligible for a refund if:
- You were charged for an app you didn't purchase
- The app doesn't work as expected and can't be fixed
- You accidentally made a purchase
- You purchased an app that was significantly different from what was described
- You experienced technical issues that prevent the app from functioning
Note: Apple typically does not provide refunds if you simply change your mind about a purchase or if you've used the app extensively.
Subscription Refunds
If our app offers subscription services, the following applies:
Canceling Subscriptions
To cancel a subscription:
- Open Settings on your iOS device
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Find the PlastiLess subscription and tap it
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
Subscription Refund Policy
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not typically refund the current period
- Refunds for the current subscription period are at Apple's discretion
In-App Purchase Refunds
For any in-app purchases made within the PlastiLess app:
- All transactions are final once completed
- Digital content cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed
- Refunds are subject to Apple's App Store refund policy
- Contact Apple Support for any refund requests
Refund Processing Time
When Apple approves a refund:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days
- Apple ID Credit: Immediately
- Other Payment Methods: Up to 30 days depending on your bank or payment provider

Fraudulent Purchases
